Day 1: Discover Nyerere National Park
After breakfast, your adventure Nyerere and Mikumi Safari begins! You’ll start with a drive from your hotel in Dar es Salaam to the former Selous Game Reserve, a journey lasting 5-6 hours. Day 3: Mikumi National Park arrival

In the afternoon, reach Mikumi Safari Lodge, perched above the treetops and providing a perfect setting to absorb the essence of Africa. Enjoy an afternoon game drive in Mikumi, with the option for a refreshing dip in the pool. In addition your camp features a designated feeding area. Day 4: Comprehensive game grives in Mikumi
This day is reserved for a full day of game drives within the diverse ecosystem of Mikumi National Park. Encounter a profusion of bird species, along with giraffes, buffalos, elephants, and more. Furthermore watering holes became hotspots for lion, leopard, and hippo sightings. The landscape offers opportunities to spot zebras, wild dogs, pythons, hartebeests, and various antelopes. Observation towers provide panoramic views of the park’s miombo woodland and rolling hills.
Day 5: Nyerere and Mikumi safari finale
After breakfast, continue your safari adventures in Mikumi before heading back to Dar-es-Salaam. Anticipate a late afternoon or early evening arrival, and you’ll be transferred to your hotel or the airport for your journey back home.
