Awesome adventure, excellent agent, trustworthy, reliable and great communicator who cares about you

Organisation by our agent was spot on and everything went as planned within agreed budget. Eke from eSafari Africa was extremely helpful, her response to all my questions was prompt, clear and overall communication was excellent. On this trip I was accompanied by two different teams: one for a 5-day climb to Mt Kilimanjaro and the other one for a 4-day safari trip. Both teams were exceptionally good and made sure that we were well looked after. The guides on the Kilimanjaro climb were highly professional, considerate and made sure that our safety was the priority. Their caring and positive attitude resulted in me successfully summitting the Uhuru Peak. The chef cooked wonderful meals and the porters were very helpful and friendly. The Safari team consisted of a driver (who was also a guide) and a cook who were also highly professional and very friendly. As a female traveller I felt very safe and would use the same operator for my future travels in Africa. I would highly recommend eSafari Africa and Eke in particular who made my adventure unforgettable and who took care of me from the beginning of the trip to the very end. Thank you.

Great value - Stellar customer service

I had an incredible experience with eSafari Africa on my Kilimanjaro trek. After extensive research, they offered the best value—hands down the most affordable option I could find without compromising on quality.

From the very beginning, Eke was exceptionally responsive. Every question I had was answered promptly, and she ensured I felt completely prepared before the journey even began. I felt very comfortable and Eke became my point of contact while in Arusha and Moshi. She helped with many other things outside of the trek I booked with her. So I couldn’t recommend her more. I felt like I had a trusted friend the entire time I wan in Tanzania. Once on the mountain, everything was well-organized, and I felt supported at every step.

If you’re looking for a budget-friendly yet reliable Kilimanjaro operator with excellent communication and service, I highly recommend eSafari Africa. Eke truly goes above and beyond to take care of you!

The hostel/inn that they operate from is very low budget. It’s doable if you’re backpacking and can put up with subpar facilities. But you can stay at nice hotel and still book the excursions with them. They’re in the middle remodeling and changind things around so this could change in the future.

Overall, you’ll not find better value and better customer service anywhere else. Please check with Eke before you book excursions with anyone else.

Very helpful, responsive and reliable, made the trip smooth and pleasant

My 5-day hike to Kilimanjaro’s peak via Marangu route was intense but wonderful! The scenery drastically changes every day, from lush rainforest, through volcanic and moon-stone landscapes into snowy heights. The ascent starts gradually and culminates into the summit day which was demanding but nonetheless for me very enjoyable. I’ve had a great time as a solo traveller, met a lot of friendly people on the way and felt like I was part of something bigger than me. The huts where we slept were surprisingly well equipped and maintained, my guide Omben and the cook Fabian were great and overall this was a good value for the money that I’ve paid. This is a once in a lifetime experience that every serious adventurer should consider adding onto his/her bucket list! 🙂

Our safari in Tanzania was very well organized by Eke. From our initial contact to the last day of the trip, Eke guided us with care and attention, and every detail was perfectly arranged.

The accommodations were beautiful and thoughtfully chosen, the guides were knowledgeable and friendly, and the routes we took were exactly tailored to what we wanted to see. AMAZING TRIP TO THE HEART OF AFRICA

Unforgettable 6-Day Safari Experience

Last Auguts I had the pleasure of embarking on a 6-day safari adventure in northern Tanzania (August 25-29), and I can’t speak highly enough of the experience. From start to finish, the attention to detail and the level of service provided by Eke was exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure everyaspect of the trip was perfect. I felt attended to at all times, and the dedication and attention to detail was truly outstanding. Eke’s expertise and friendly demeanor made the safari not only enjoyable but also deeply enriching.

Before the safari, Eke took the time to thoroughly answer all my questions and give me some tips to get ready for the journey. During the safari, the guide Maliaki was not only professional but also gently, funny and genuinely passionate about the wildlife and the environment. His enthusiasm was contagious, and he made every moment of the trip memorable.

The safari itself was a breathtaking journey through the four main parks of northern Tanzania: Serengeti National Park, Ngorongoro Crater, Lake Manyara, and Tarangire. The diversity of landscapes and wildlife in these parks was simply astonishing. The highlight was undoubtedly seeing the Big 5: lions, elephants, buffalos, rhinoceroses, and leopards.

Each encounter was more awe-inspiring than the last. But it didn’t stop there—along the way, I was thrilled to see a multitude of other species, including giraffes, herds of wildebeests, huge hippos, crocodiles, ostriches, zebras…. Every day brought new and exciting sightings.

I felt super well cared for and supported at all times by Eke, making the experience stress-free and truly enjoyable. Whether it was spotting the Big Five, learning about local cultures, or simply enjoying the breathtaking landscapes, the team’s dedication made everything come together seamlessly.

I wholeheartedly recommend this safari to anyone looking for an extraordinary adventure. It exceeded my expectations in every way, and I’m already dreaming of my next trip! If you’re considering a safari, look no further – this is the one you need to book.

Well organized and very helpfull

We booked our safari for the last week of September with eSafari three months in advance. We got in good contact with Eke right away and she was very helpful. She gave us advice on what to pack and recommendations for where to stay in Arusha.

We did the 6-day group safari with camping. Including our guide, we were eight in the car, plenty of space for everyone and enough cold drinks for the way.

Our itinerary was:
Day 1: Lake Manyara,
Day 2, 3, and 4: Serengeti,
Day 5: Ngorongoro Crater,
Day 6: Tarangire.

We had a great group with multiple nationalities and we got along very well. Our guide Godson was very experienced and knew all the right spots at the right time. He told us a lot about the different landscapes and animals. We’ve been very lucky during our safari, seeing all of the Big 5 multiple times, most of them came very close. During these 6 days, we’ve seen so much, it’s impossible to mention everything, but our highlights were:
– The migration of wildebeest with two crossings in the Mara River,
– A leopard in a tree only a few meters away,
– A rhino with a little calf in the Serengeti,
– Sleeping in a tent while hearing lions at night.

Everything on our safari was very well organized, including the tents, all meals, and drinks.

Wonderfull!!! Great trip and great operators

We arrived fot one and a half week trip at the safari, it was wonderful, we had good guide and a great chef all along the trip, we saw a lot of animals and had great time. We fell that the operator cared about us and maked sure we had everything for a good trip. I had my birthday at the time of the trip and the operator bought me a present and maked me a surprize it was lovely

Amazing safari. A reliable and attentive company

Everything was really great and according to plan. The planning itself was also at my request. The accommodations were really excellent. And in the Serengeti itself, we asked for and got accommodation in a tent in nature, really not in a lodge. The guide was very good and so was the cook who was with us the whole safari
